In this 2023 Year in Review, you’ll find a recap of our activities on behalf of older adults with an emphasis on our theme of Celebrate Belonging.   Read how AgeOptions and our partners exceeded all expectations and met the needs of older adults and caregivers by delivering more meals than any other year in our history, by creating a mind-boggling range of programs to combat social isolation, by supporting family caregivers, by conducting a comprehensive Needs Assessment, by partnering to establish local community vaccination clinics and in-home vaccination opportunities, and more.   You’ll read about our initiatives and accomplishments in the 2023 fiscal year, and you’ll also see how did this with the lens of Diversity, Racial Equity and Inclusion as we celebrated the vast array of individuals within our community. • More than 2.1 million home-delivered meals have been provided to older adults in 2023
• Counseling, support, and training for more than 12,789 individuals in Illinois SMP
• More than 230,975 individuals were reached by AgeOptions and our partners
• Training and counseling to more than 1,000 caregivers
